In the fiscal year 2023, our company embarked on a project supported by the Japan Tourism Agency, aimed at creating high-value experiential content for inbound tourists. Collaborating with the JTB Kyoto branch and Zen temples within Kyoto, our initiative focused on developing content that resonates with the desire for “growth” sought by affluent inbound travelers from Europe and America. To make these experiences accessible to a wider range of inbound tourists, we organized training sessions for guides active in and around Kyoto, resulting in the participation of 30 guides.
