Team Session · Beta
Begin every meeting in the same mental state.
Online meetings gather people from different places, different problems, different mental states. Team Session changes the starting point — for everyone, at once.
The problem
Everyone arrives at the meeting from somewhere else.
Online meetings begin with participants carrying the residue of whatever they were doing before — another call, an unfinished email, a problem they couldn't resolve. Small talk doesn't clear this. Diving straight into the agenda compounds it.
Decisions made from scattered, reactive states are worse decisions. The meeting form itself is not the problem. The state people bring into it is.
How it works
Each person opens their own device. The session synchronizes automatically.
The host creates a session and shares a link in the meeting chat. When everyone is ready, the host presses Start. Each participant's video begins at the same moment — no screen sharing, no audio handoff, no coordination overhead.

No screen sharing. No audio handoff. The same Kyoto, at the same moment, for everyone.
When it makes a difference
Any meeting where the starting state matters.
Weekly team sync
Two minutes before the agenda begins. Everyone arrives from a different context; the session creates a shared one.
Quarterly review
Before high-stakes evaluation and planning. Clear observation matters most when the stakes are highest.
Project kickoff
Before the work begins in earnest. A shared moment of stillness sets the quality of everything that follows.
